Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery windows, tracking process, and what happens if an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays and peak-sale periods). Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–20 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, customs checks, and peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas may extend this window.

A tracking link is emailed once your parcel ships. Tracking events may take up to 72 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout, and all prices already include VAT where applicable. Any additional import duties or taxes for destinations outside the UK and Ireland are the customer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship once the address is corrected and any reshipment fee is paid.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at contact.novaroshop@gmail.com within 30 days of the latest tracking update. Once confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund the order according to your preference.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed.

If your selected size, colour, or variation is temporarily unavailable, we may ship one size larger or a similar colour of the same product and value to prevent delays. You can opt out by replying to your order confirmation email within 12 hours. If you receive a substituted product and prefer not to keep it, you can return it free of charge for a full refund or the original variant when available.
