Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

To cancel, email contact.novaroshop@gmail.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
