Returns & Exchanges Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To start the process, email contact.novaroshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return/Exchange Form that must be completed and approved before returning any item.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns for underwear, swimwear, personal care products, sale items, or products marked as non-returnable.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, you may choose between an alternative or a refund.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs.

After inspection, approved refunds or exchanges are processed promptly. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the process is complete.
